Before you order

When will my order ship?

We pack on the next business day. Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar usually receive the order the next working day. Most other Indian pin codes arrive in 5–7 days. Prepaid orders of ₹499 and above ship free. On an order under ₹499, shipping is ₹80.

What if something arrives broken or does not work?

If a piece arrives broken, or something is missing from the parcel, write within 48 hours of the delivery scan. One video from the sealed carton, with the shipping label visible, through the unpack, is the clearest way for us to see it. We arrange the pickup and, once the piece is back and checked, refund the price you paid for that item.

Can I change my mind?

A change of mind is an exchange, held as store credit for 12 months, and only on pieces marked Returnable in Shipping & Returns on the product page. Ask within 7 days of the delivery scan. The piece needs to come back unused, with its original packing, and you pay the shipping both ways. The credit is for another piece. It is not paid out as cash.

If Shipping & Returns says final sale, a change of mind is not an exchange. If it arrives broken, short, or not working, we still put that right.

Are the lamps identical to the photos?

Most of our pieces are made and finished by hand, so small differences are part of the work. A slight shift in colour or shade is normal, and the same colour can look a little different in the photograph, on your screen, and in the light of your room. Up close you may also see a small bubble, a tiny spot in the finish, or a joint. On a lamp, a slight difference in weave or jaali is the same thing. These are marks of how the piece was made, not a fault. If your order arrives broken, incomplete, or not working, tell us and we will put it right.
