Blue crystal-glass petals fan upward beneath long gold-tone necks, giving this swan pair its distinctive lotus-wing silhouette. Each bird stands on its own dark pedestal for a balanced display on a console or shelf.

A photo of the pieces and the inner packing helps too. We arrange the pickup. Once the piece is back with us and we have checked it, we refund the price you paid for that item to your original payment method.

If it does not work on first use

Write within 7 days of the delivery scan, before the piece is installed, with photos and a short video of the fault and your order number. We arrange that pickup as well, and refund in the same way. A crack, a part that should have been in the box, a finish that is coming away, or a piece that does not work belongs here.

A slight shift in colour, a small bubble, a tiny spot, or a visible joint on a hand-finished piece is part of the making. It is not treated as a fault.
