A photo of the pieces and the inner packing helps too. We arrange the pickup. Once the piece is back with us and we have checked it, we refund the price you paid for that item to your original payment method.

If it does not work on first use

Write within 7 days of the delivery scan, before the piece is installed, with photos and a short video of the fault and your order number. We arrange that pickup as well, and refund in the same way. A crack, a part that should have been in the box, a finish that is coming away, or a piece that does not work belongs here.

A slight shift in colour, a small bubble, a tiny spot, or a visible joint on a hand-finished piece is part of the making. It is not treated as a fault.

Is this for food?

Decorative porcelain with a metallic gold bird. Use it for jewelry, keys, cotton, and dry keepsakes. Dry sweets or tea bags are fine if you wipe the gold dry. Not for hot food, dishwasher, or microwave.

How do I care for the gold bird?

Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry the gold promptly. No abrasives. Lift jar lids by the bird gently — do not twist the finial.

How is the porcelain packed?

Each piece is wrapped and boxed. We pack on the next business day from Ahmedabad.

How soon do Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar get delivery?

Both cities get local delivery, usually the next working day. Most other Indian pin codes arrive in 5–7 days. Free shipping.
