Houseware Supply is a trade name of Helios Impex (GST 24BCBPC4368M1ZL). We ship across India.

When we pack

Orders are packed on the next business day.

How long it takes

Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar usually receive the order the next working day after we pack.

For the rest of India, most pin codes arrive in 5–7 days after we pack.

These are usual times, not a guarantee. They depend on the pin code and the courier. If a parcel is delayed, we will help you track it. When it ships, we email the tracking details.

Shipping charges

Prepaid orders of ₹499 and above ship free across India.

On an order under ₹499, shipping is ₹80. That charge is shown at checkout before you pay. One order has one shipping charge, even if it leaves in more than one parcel.

Payment

Pay in full with UPI, cards, net banking, and the other prepaid methods shown at checkout. A partial payment is available there if you prefer to pay a token now and the rest as checkout shows it.

Where we ship

We ship within India only. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If a courier does not serve the address, we will contact you before the order leaves us.

Cancelling

You may cancel before the order leaves us. We refund what you paid, to the original payment method. Damage, faults, and a change of mind are set out in our refund policy.
