Material: Ceramic

A crowned rabbit and its bow-tied companion stand close together, with soft speckled surfaces and a pink floral detail. A thoughtful accent for a wedding gift or shared home.

  • Ceramic
  • One joined rabbit-couple ornament.
  • Product dimensions: 6 × 10 × 20 cm

For indoor display. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Hand finished

Most of our pieces are made and finished by hand, so small differences are part of the work. A slight shift in colour or shade is normal, and the same colour can look a little different in the photograph, on your screen, and in the light of your room. Up close you may also see a small bubble, a tiny spot in the finish, or a joint. These are marks of how the piece was made. They are not a fault, and they do not change how it is meant to look or be used. If your order arrives broken, incomplete, or not working, tell us and we will put it right.

One joined rabbit-couple ornament.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We pack on the next business day.
  • Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar: usually the next working day.
  • Rest of India: most pin codes arrive in 5–7 days.
  • Free shipping on prepaid orders of ₹499+.

Payment

  • Pay in full with UPI, cards, and other prepaid methods. A partial payment is available at checkout if you prefer to pay a token now.

If you change your mind

Final sale. A change of mind is not an exchange.

If it arrives broken, or something is missing

Write to us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. A single video, starting with the sealed carton and the shipping label still visible and continuing through the unpack, is the clearest way for us to see what you received. A photo of the pieces and the inner packing helps too. We arrange the pickup. Once the piece is back with us and we have checked it, we refund the price you paid for that item to your original payment method.

If it does not work on first use

Write within 7 days of the delivery scan, before the piece is installed, with photos and a short video of the fault and your order number. We arrange that pickup as well, and refund in the same way. A crack, a part that should have been in the box, a finish that is coming away, or a piece that does not work belongs here.

A slight shift in colour, a small bubble, a tiny spot, or a visible joint on a hand-finished piece is part of the making. It is not treated as a fault.

WhatsApp +91 7487991166 or email info@heliosimpex.in with your order number. The full account is in our returns policy.

Packing, delivery & payment

How is it packed?

Every piece is safely packed for shipping — lamps, figurines, glass, and ceramic included. We pack on the next business day.

How soon do Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar get delivery?

Both cities get local delivery, usually the next working day. Most other Indian pin codes arrive in 5–7 days. Free shipping.

How do I pay?

Pay in full with UPI, cards, and other prepaid methods. A partial payment is available at checkout if you prefer to pay a token now.

Will it match the photograph?

Most of our pieces are made and finished by hand, so small differences are part of the work. A slight shift in colour or shade is normal, and the same colour can look a little different in the photograph, on your screen, and in the light of your room. Up close you may also see a small bubble, a tiny spot in the finish, or a joint. These are marks of how the piece was made, not a fault.

If your order arrives broken, incomplete, or not working, tell us and we will put it right.

What if it arrives broken or short?

Write within 48 hours of the delivery scan. One video from the sealed carton, shipping label visible, through the unpack, is enough for us to see it. We arrange the pickup. Once the piece is back and checked, we refund the price you paid for that item.

What if it does not work?

Write within 7 days of the delivery scan, before it is installed, with a photo or short video of the fault. We arrange the pickup and refund the price you paid for that piece once it is back with us.

Can I change my mind?

No. This piece is final sale. A change of mind is not an exchange. If it arrives broken, short, or not working, we still put that right.

Lighting & decor for the home

Lamps, figurines, glass, and objects packed to order. Most pieces are finished by hand, so a small difference in shade is part of the work. If something arrives broken or not working, we put it right.
